This premium white chocolate compound coating delivers a sweet, creamy flavor with smooth melting and easy workability, making it perfect for high-volume bakeries and caterers. It requires no tempering, simply melt at 113°F (45°C) for use. The coating sets to a semi-firm consistency with a "soft" bite and a semi-gloss finish, making it ideal for coating fruits like strawberries and bananas, as well as cake pops, petit fours, and for drizzling over cookies, rice krispie treats, and pastries.
