RETURNS

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy within reasoning that's fair for both parties in this relationship buyer and seller. We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers, our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in return, are fair with us.

EXCHANGES

We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers, our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in return, are fair with us.

We do not do exchanges.

Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

**However, in the event, we accept your exchange simply return your package by following the normal return procedure according to our store's policy.

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DAYS AND HOURS:  MONDAY - FRIDAY  11 AM - 5PM

WE DO NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

All issues must be reported within 7 BUSINESS days after you receiveid your package.

 

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

As we explained we handle returns/exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
Approved requests will receive an email offering possible resolution(s) on a case-by-case basis as well that can be a refund or a replacement. 

 

A RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED ON ORDERS THAT ARE:

 

  1. Refused by the customer at the time of delivery:
  2. Returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. (When customer provide wrong address)
  3. This fee will also be applied in unwanted orders because of color, size, and product description mistakes made by the buyer.

THE RESTOCKING FEE APPLIED OF 30% OF THE PURCHASE VALUE.

ALL CHOCOLATE MOLD ORDERS ARE FINAL! WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE. ALL BWB MOLDS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Boxes

ALL BOXES ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE.

ALL TRUFFLE WRAPPERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE

Final Sale Items

All SALES, CLOSEOUT, AND CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE, they are non-returnable.

If you have any issues with an order, please open an ORDER INQUIRY.

 

ABOUT SHIPPING FEES REFUND

  1. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for unwanted products.
  3. Only in orders that were canceled the buyer will receive a FULL REFUND.

RETURN PROCESS & LABEL

A Return shipping label will be provided ONLY in these cases:

  • 1-When as item(s) are faulty/defective (manufacturing problems);
  • 2-When one or more Item(s) are missing or have missing parts;
  • 3-When an incorrect item (s) was/were shipped;
  • 4-When an item(s) are damaged due to the Shipping Process.

NOTE

IF YOU SHIP WITH YOUR SHIPPING LABEL, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST INCLUDING A TRACKING NUMBER WITH YOUR PACKAGE, AS WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THOSE THAT GET LOST IN TRANSIT. FORMINHAS BOSTON TRUFFLE WRAPPERS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES DURING SHIPPING PROCCESS.

Once we receive your return package, we will issue you a store credit or refund or replace it according to our store’s policy.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE?

  1. This processs starts by opening claim with our CUSTOMER SERVICE within 7 business days you received your package.
  2. After your return/ exchange was approved, please print and fill out OUR RETURN SLIP (available on our policy page) or include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. NOTE: without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
  4. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached.
  5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
  6. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected.
  7. Please keep the return tracking information for your records
  8. UPON RECEIVING THE RETURN LABEL IN YOUR EMAIL: THE PACKAGE MUST BE SHIPPED WITHIN 7 DAYS.

If your package is not received within 15 business days after we have sent your return label, your ticket for returning your merchandise will be closed permanently. Any claim for refunds, replacement, or exchange will be canceled.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

The beauty of imperfections:

Please understand that all Truffle Wrappers in my store are handmade, and handmade items, by nature, have imperfections. Although we are thorough, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item will look a little different from the next.

Our items have natural and unique imperfections. Our items are studio produced and our process is genuine and full of love and care. Do you remember the handmade items your grandma used to make? Ours products echo those quaint little handmade differences.

Any item you purchase is one of a kind. There are no two items in our shop that are exactly the same. Even if the fabric is from the same dye lot, the unique patterning of colors will always make each item beautifully different.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual color of the flower wrappers.

We do our very best to make sure our samples are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact sample. If it is important that the sample be exact, it is highly recommended that you order a sample first, before placing the order for your truffles flower wrappers. After you receive your samples, keep in mind that even the actual sample can have minimal color variations from the finished product as stated by our manufacturers.
