Iceberg Velvety Powder Colorants are water-soluble, making them ideal for coloring doughs, macarons, and other recipes. They can be used in any food, sweet or savory, for coloring and decorating without altering the taste or texture. Not suitable for coloring chocolate: use fat-soluble colorants for that purpose.

How to use:
Can be applied to cakes, sugar flowers, cupcakes, syrups, liqueurs, soft drinks, and details or finishes. It can also be dissolved in edible alcohol for application using airbrushes.
