Preparation Instructions
Double Boiler (Bain-Marie):
Place the desired amount of fondant in a clean, dry bowl. Heat gently in a double boiler, stirring constantly to prevent crystallization, until the ideal consistency is reached.
Microwave:
Place the desired amount of fondant in a suitable container. Heat for 30 seconds, stir well, and repeat the process until the desired consistency is achieved.
